We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other stains
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Gift cards and store credit
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
How to Return
Step 1: Email returns@vogueusamodels.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack items securely and drop off at any USPS location or schedule a pickup.
Step 4: Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds take 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds appear within 3-5 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size or color of the same item. Simply note your exchange preference when initiating the return. We will ship your exchange once we receive the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
