Shipping Options
We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands. International shipping is available to select countries.
Domestic Shipping Rates
- Standard (5-7 business days): FREE on orders over $75, otherwise $9.99
- Express (2-3 business days): $14.99 flat rate
- Overnight (Next business day): $29.99 — Order by 2PM EST Mon-Fri
Processing Times
Orders placed on business days (Mon-Fri) before 2PM EST typically ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST, on weekends, or on US federal holidays will ship the next business day. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS or UPS tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update on the carrier website.
International Shipping
International orders ship via USPS International Priority Mail or DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 7-21 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving through New Year) processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We recommend ordering early to ensure on-time delivery.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee address changes.
